Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your SVICLOUD device. If something is not right, follow these steps to request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Submit your return request within 30 days of the delivery date.

We confirm eligibility within 1-2 business days.

Ship devices back within 7 days of receiving approval.

Refunds issue 3-5 business days after inspection.

Check eligibility before you start

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Devices must be in like-new condition with original packaging, remote, and cables.
  • Streaming subscriptions and renewals are non-refundable once activated.
  • Damage or defect claims should include photos or video so we can fast-track support.

How to start a return

  1. Contact the concierge team with your order number and describe the issue.
  2. We email shipping instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the device securely and include the RMA form we send back to you.

Return shipping & restocking

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the device arrived damaged or defective.
  • Returned items missing accessories may incur a restocking fee up to 15% of the device price.
  • Keep the carrier tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Refunds & exchanges

  • We inspect returned devices within two business days of arrival.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Need a replacement instead? Let us know and we can ship a replacement once the return is scanned in.
