After dispatch, use the tracking link and watch for carrier exceptions. If a parcel is marked delivered but missing, check the delivery location and household recipients, then contact support with the order reference.
Inspect the box and accessories on arrival. Report damage promptly with photos through the support channel and retain packaging while the case is reviewed. Do not return a parcel without instructions.
